Account Instructions

The member account management system for Web3D.org has been re-configured and is fully operational. If you are unable to log into Web3D.org, please use the following steps to gain access to your account.

  1. Go to the account member management page (web3d.org/member-management)
  2. Click on 'login'
  3. Login to your account
  4. If that does not work, you can request an updated password with the form on the right side of the page
  5. After logging into your account, click on 'Change Password/Edit Profile' on the right side of the page
    1. If your account is listed as expired, please renew with the appropriate option.
    2. If your employer is a member AND your email address has the same domain name as the primary account, then you can renew with the first option. Otherwise, please renew as a professional, student, or community member.
    3. If you have questions on the status of your employer's account, please contact Anita Havele
  6. Enter your current password (the one used to log in), and your new password (twice). This step propagates your password to the regular website.
  7. You can now access all parts of the website as your account permits.

If you have any problems, please contact the webmaster. I will need to know your account name, the URL of the page with the error, and the error message you receive. Do not send your password in the email.
