Account Instructions
The member account management system for Web3D.org has been re-configured and is fully operational. If you are unable to log into Web3D.org, please use the following steps to gain access to your account.
- Go to the account member management page (web3d.org/member-management)
- Click on 'login'
- Login to your account
- If that does not work, you can request an updated password with the form on the right side of the page
- After logging into your account, click on 'Change Password/Edit Profile' on the right side of the page
- If your account is listed as expired, please renew with the appropriate option.
- If your employer is a member AND your email address has the same domain name as the primary account, then you can renew with the first option. Otherwise, please renew as a professional, student, or community member.
- If you have questions on the status of your employer's account, please contact Anita Havele
- Enter your current password (the one used to log in), and your new password (twice). This step propagates your password to the regular website.
- You can now access all parts of the website as your account permits.
If you have any problems, please contact the webmaster. I will need to know your account name, the URL of the page with the error, and the error message you receive. Do not send your password in the email.
