The OWL-Time ontology could be used to represent fluents - temporal properties, which change over time and have different values at particular point or within particular intervals. The representation of linked objects by time slices with time points and intervals enables reasoning and queries. However, it is not obvious how to derive it from an X3D document, which describes the primary state of a scene.
